Is a photographer, musician, and sound designer studying at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and an intern at Elastic Arts Foundation. He is currently among the board of directors of the World Listening Project, to be launched at the 2008 Chicago Calling Festival.

A variety of his work has been performed or exhibited at New Music at the Green Mill (curated by Julia Miller, Chicago), Neighborhood Public Radio/Whitney Biennial (NYC), Around the Coyote Festival (Chicago), Adrian J Falcon Gallery (Del Rio, TX), and Sound Art Space (Laredo, TX), among others. His music has been released by Acidsoxx Musicks (Santa Fe), and other artwork has been published by Digitalis Industries (Tulsa), and L'évadée (Paris).

Cuéllar frequents close artistic collaborations with Jeff Gburek, Anki Hannemann and Lisa Abbatomarco. He is originally from Laredo, Texas, and now lives in LAKEVIEW, Chicago.
